Teachers and students of ocean college attend the 12th World Chinese fish and shrimp nutrition academic seminar

From October 14 to 18, 2019, the 12th World Chinese fish and shrimp nutrition academic seminar (hereinafter referred to as world China society) jointly sponsored by the aquatic animal nutrition and feed Professional Committee of China Fisheries Society, Henan Normal University and northwest agricultural and forestry science and Technology University was held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. More than 1500 academic and industrial representatives from home and abroad attended the conference. With the theme of green, efficient, integrated and intelligent, the conference set seven topics, bringing together the latest research results in various fields of global fish and shrimp nutrition and feed.

11 doctoral and master students, including Professor Li Yuanyou, Professor Pan Qing, Associate Professor Fu Jinghua, Associate Professor Zhao Huihong, Dr Xie dizhi, Dr Ning Lijun, and Li Mengmeng, attended the meeting. They submitted 15 abstracts and posted 4 wall newspapers. At the symposium, Li Yuanyou, Zhao Huihong and Xie dizhi were invited to make academic reports entitled development of high-efficiency and low-cost environmental protection compound feed based on the precise nutrition demand of fatty acids of pompano and SCAD, Application of phytosterol in aquatic feed and the effect of feed fatty acids on growth performance, fatty acid composition of tissues and gene expression related to fatty acid metabolism of carp. It was well received by the participants. In addition, in the face-to-face Q & A of experts in the academic and industrial circles, Li Yuanyou, as a specially invited expert, answered the questions raised by the representatives and shared his own research and growth experience. In the summary section of the wall newspaper, Xie dizhi summarized the wall newspaper with the theme of nutrition demand and raw material utilization.

Through this meeting, the teachers and students of Huanong not only showed some recent research results to the participants, but also had more understanding of the latest research results and discipline development trends in the field of aquatic animal nutrition and feed research of peers at home and abroad, and opened up research horizons and ideas, which will improve the research level and academic influence of our institute in the field of aquatic animal nutrition and feed. To enhance the exchange, cooperation and friendship between scholars and peers of our college has a positive role.
