Prof. Douglas Tocher and Dr. Oscar Monroig have a great deal of inspiration and assistance in the development of scientific research and the development of an international perspective. Prof. Douglas Tocher and Dr. Oscar Monroig have answered my questions. Teachers and students are currently concerned about the hot research and cutting-edge issues.

Professor Douglas Tocher is Professor and PhD supervisor of the Institute of Fisheries Research at the Natural Sciences Institute of Stirling University. The main research direction is fish lipid / fatty acid metabolism, especially long chain polyunsaturated fatty acid (LC-PUFA) synthesis and Metabolic molecular regulation mechanism. Dr. Oscar Monroig is a lecturer at the Stirling University Fisheries Research Institute, where he focuses on lipid nutrition and metabolic regulation for aquatic animals.
